About the Survey

The thirty-second annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey© Results for 2026 were released in July 2026 and reflect feedback from US domestic relocated employees and employees on domestic US assignments. 

The survey evaluates satisfaction with relocation service providers across five mobility categories: household goods services, relocation management services, mortgage services, corporate temporary housing services, and destination-rental services. For the 2026 report, Trippel Survey & Research gathered opinions from 4,655 transferees and assignees representing 56 corporations, federal government entities, and nonprofit organizations.

In the relocation mortgage provider category, Sirva Mortgage received the highest net satisfaction percentage among the listed large-sampling providers. Sirva Mortgage earned a 65% net satisfaction ranking and an 8.82 average satisfaction score from 223 evaluations.
